MRI Brain and Spine
Takes 30–60 minutes. Children under 7–8 years typically need sedation. Used to understand brain structure, inflammation, bleeding, tumours, and metabolic conditions.
CT Scan
Takes only 3–5 minutes — useful for urgent situations including trauma, bleeding, and brain swelling. Involves radiation.
